When you request a demo through this website, we collect: first name, last name, business email address, your role (Operations / Belbin consultant / Other), and — if you choose to share it — a description of the problem you'd like Peerforce to solve. We also record the time of your request, the page you sent it from, your browser's user-agent string and your IP address, which we use to prevent abuse of the form.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your demo request, contact you about Peerforce, and — if you don't proceed — to occasionally follow up about the product. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it's relevant to a potential or active business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected].

6. Where your data is stored

If you are in the European Union, your data is stored in Germany, on servers provided by Hostinger. Otherwise it is stored in the United States, also on servers provided by Hostinger.

7. Video

The Belbin explainer video on this site is hosted by YouTube but is not loaded until you choose to play it. Nothing is sent to Google unless you press play, at which point YouTube receives your IP address and device information under Google's own privacy policy.
